J1: carbon content is slightly higher than J4 and copper content is lower than J4, its processing performance is not as good as J4 material, suitable for ordinary shallow deep drawing, deep drawing products of large Angle type, such as decorative board, bathroom products, sinks, product pipes and so on.

J2, J5: Simple processing in decorative pipe is good, because of high hardness (above 96°), polishing is more beautiful, but used in the square pipe or in the bend pipe (90°) is easy to burst.
In the plate, due to high hardness, the surface is more beautiful, surface treatment such as matte, polishing, plating color are acceptable. But the biggest problem is bending, bending is easy to break, the gouger is easy to burst, so the ductility is not good.

J3: High carbon, low chromium and low copper, but because of its high carbon content and little copper content, the material is a little hard, so it is not suitable for bending with higher strength. Compared with 201 stainless steel J1 material, the ductility is not so good, and it is easier to rust under the same environment.
In the narrow band field, the emergence of 201 stainless steel J3 material is more in order to cope with the pipe manufacturing enterprises on corrosion resistance, and deformation requirements are not particularly high and developed. Because it can reduce the raw material cost of pipe manufacturing enterprises, it is sought after by pipe manufacturing enterprises in the narrow band field.
J3 material in decorative plate can be simple processing, slightly difficult is not. There is a processing plant teacher said that with J3 material cut plate bending, after broken there is an inner seam (black titanium, color plate series, sanding plate, broken, folded out of the inner seam). J4: J4 material is 201 stainless steel J series in the higher end of the variety, suitable for deep drawing products small Angle type, deep stretching and require salt spray test products will mostly choose it.
